Webinar: Peace in a time of Pandemic? Conflict, Covid-19 and Displacement in the Sahel

On the occasion of International Peace Day and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Danish Refugee Council and the Network for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding are pleased to invite you to participate in a virtual panel debate with key regional and international experts examining the impacts of Covid-19 on conflict, peace, and displacement dynamics in the Sahel region of West Africa. Preliminary scenarios suggest a real risk of significantly increased displacement, further threatening peace in a region that is already suffering from increasing conflict and violence.
