AidEx: Humanitarian truth under fire - Tackling disinformation and misinformation in crises
VOICE is co-organising a workshop on disinformation in the humanitarian context at the AidEx, the world's leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event.
This panel will be exploring how disinformation and misinformation affect humanitarian response, community trust, and access to affected populations. The session includes perspectives from NGOs working in crisis contexts, communication experts, and policy stakeholders, focusing on practical experiences and strategies to counter false narratives that undermine humanitarian efforts.
