European Humanitarian Forum 2024

The third edition of the European Humanitarian Forum will take place on 18 and 19 March 2024. This edition of the forum will take place at Flagey in Brussels, and for those unable to attend in person, it will be live-streamed on the event website.

Key themes of the forum include addressing the funding gap and prioritisation, and bringing attention to forgotten crises and fragile humanitarian environments. The objectives are to explore durable and efficient solutions to contemporary humanitarian challenges, draw attention to forgotten crises amid growing competition for resources, and strengthen cooperation among affected countries, donors, implementing partners, and local communities.

The EHF will be followed by the Partners’ Segment on 20 March, which will be a space for an in-person exchange between Partners and DG ECHO on key priorities and important recent developments within the humanitarian context.
