Launch of 2022 Global Hunger Index

Multi-layered global crises and the war in Ukraine are putting global food security in peril, and the worst impacts are being felt by the very poorest. Welthungerhilfe, Concern Worldwide, and KfW Development Bank invites partcipants to join a conversation with speakers from policy, academia, and civil society to discuss the next steps needed to deliver real change to end hunger.  On the eve of World Food Day, the launch of the 2022 GHI will draw on the insights presented in the report to look at the power of rights-based, bottom-up, community-led governance to drive food systems transformation and highlight experiences from different contexts.
