Pauline Chetcuti is Head of Humanitarian Campaigns and Advocacy for Oxfam International.
Pauline is a seasoned humanitarian professional, trained in International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law. Her experience spans work with UN agencies, international and national NGOs across various regions, including Palestine, Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and Myanmar.
She provides visionary leadership and strategic guidance on global-level campaigns, advocacy, and policy development related to humanitarian issues. These include the protection of civilians in conflict zones, addressing fragility drivers, and understanding the impact of climate change on marginalized populations. Pauline has contributed to, and authored various publications on humanitarian principles and conflict, global hunger, or the climate and humanitarian nexus.
As a skilled network leader, she fosters humanitarian partnerships and facilitates networks. She adeptly represents her agency both privately and in public forums at the highest levels.
Pauline is a team manager guided by feminist leadership principles and recognises the importance of diverse perspectives, ensuring that team members’ and partners’ voices are heard and respected.
She is a French national currently residing in London, UK.
