Throughout the year, the HP Watch Group has served as:

• A dialogue platform between DG ECHO and NGO partners.
• A partner’s hub for expertise sharing, facilitating the exchange of information among peer organisations.
• A collective and evidence-based voice at EU level, through the development of joint analyses and feedback.
