In 2025, VOICE responded to growing challenges facing humanitarian action, from global funding shocks to growing pressure on civil society. The network mobilised to advocate for principled, needs-based and adequately resourced humanitarian action, while strengthening engagement with EU institutions and humanitarian partners.

Highlights include collective advocacy on humanitarian funding, engagement on EU humanitarian policy and reform, stronger public communication efforts, and the continued growth of the VOICE network to 93 member organisations.
